Arraignment is scheduled Tuesday for an Illinois man charged with 2nd degree sexual abuse.

According to court documents, 31-year-old Robert Lee Kirkland held a woman down and fondled her underneath her clothing at an apartment in St Joseph November 19th. The victim used force to free herself.

A judge set bond at $7,500.
