Catherine E. Lawler, 93, St. Joseph, Missouri died Friday, November 22, 2013 at a local healthcare facility.
She was born November 14, 1920 to Robert and Gladys (Garten) Coleman in Cass County, Missouri.
She married James Lawler on January 11, 1947. He preceded her in death on December 2, 2010.
Catherine was a member of King Hill Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Buford Coleman.
Survivors: daughter, Carol Fairlie (Thomas), St. Joseph, Missouri; sons, James Lawler (Marcia), Camdenton, Missouri and Robert Lawler (Mary Lou), Battlefield, Missouri; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Coleman, Jr. (Jackie) and Larry Coleman (Julie); sister, Florence Edmundson (Charles); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 6:30 P.M. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, where friends may call after 9:00 A.M. Monday.
