(VIDEO) Sandy Hook 911 Calls Released

Sandy Hook

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy says he has listened to the dramatic 911 recordings from the Sandy Hook Elementary School attack. Malloy says the recordings showed people stepping up to protect others during moments of horror.

You can also hear the dispatchers’ futile efforts to call someone inside the school. No one answers those calls.

The calls handled by Newtown police dispatchers were released on Wednesday after a judge ordered them unsealed.

Cell phone calls that went to State Police dispatchers were not released and are expected to be part of the massive State Police report that will be completed in the near future.
