Five students received minor injuries in a Friday School bus accident. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol the school bus driver Nicole D. Burge of Cameron lost control on ice covered Stone Creek Road near old U.S. 36, hit several trees, and finally came to rest upright off the roadway.

Ten students from Cameron were on the bus. Five students were transported to Cameron Regional Medical Center including Dylan M. Vangundy, age 7; Wyatt A. Riddle, age 10; Katlin, M. Riddle, age 9; Weldon J. Harrison, age 7; and Kalen S. Harrison, age 5.
