Missouri drivers are among the worst in the nation.

That’s the word from the Web site www.carinsurancecomparison.com, which says Missouri ranks seventh worst.

That’s actually an improvement.  Last year we ranked #2.

Researchers say drivers in the Show Me State fail to stop at traffic lights and stop signs and don’t buckle up. Kansas Ranked 38th on the list.

Louisiana took first place for the worst drivers, followed by South Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and Florida.

The state with the best drivers was Vermont.
