Weather conditions made driving hazardous Friday morning.  St Joseph police urge you to slow down and be careful.

An accident blocked traffic for more than two hours Friday on the South Belt at Mitchell Avenue. St Joseph Police received the report of a major traffic accident at the intersection at 10:09am Friday.

Authorities say one of the vehicles leaked a large amount of gasoline. A woman suffered serious injuries in the accident. The accident scene was cleared shortly after 12:30pm.
