A man was stabbed during an altercation in South Saint Joseph Friday morning.  The victim told police he was stabbed in the arm shortly after midnight when some men tried to rob him.

He was taken to Heartland for treatment.  Police said the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.  No arrests were made.  The incident is under investigation.
