A four-vehicle pileup blocked traffic for over an hour in south St Joseph, and sent two people to the hospital.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the chain reaction crash was reported at 12:50pm on southbound I-29 at US-36 highway.

According to a crash report, John Clevenger of Trimble and David Hawk of St Joseph were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
