SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — A former Missouri State University professor is charged with taking photos of men undressing in two campus locker rooms.

Springfield police say 44-year-old Eduardo Acuna-Zumbado was seen taking photos in a Foster Recreation Center locker room on Jan. 10. They reportedly found additional locker room photos on his cellphone after he was confronted at an Athletics Center locker room later that month and found rummaging through a coach’s locker.

The Springfield News-Leader  reports that Acuna-Zumbado worked at the school from August 2008 through Monday. He was an assistant professor of Spanish. A university lawyer declined to discuss whether the faculty member left on his own or was fired.

Acuna-Zumba is charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy. His $2,500 bond requires he stay off campus.
