A high-flying crash in Grundy County sent a Trenton woman to the hospital Thursday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Dannette Teel was the passenger in a Ford Mustang that vaulted into the air as it was crossing some railroad tracks along Northwest Crane Lane north of Trenton.

Teel was transported to St Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City with moderate injuries. The driver, Timothy Price of Trenton, was not injured.
