(6:48am) State troopers are working an accident involving a jackknifed and overturned semi near Lathrop.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash closed the southbound exit ramp at the 40 mile marker.

Ambulances were dispatched at about 5am, but officials had not yet determined the extent of any injuries in that crash.
