Misdemeanor charges were filed Tuesday against four men for allegedly ransacking the former Plaza 8 Theater in St Joseph.

Joshua Hall and Buck Wayne Wilson are the former managers of the theater.

The two, along with Michael Wilson and Edward Raymon Hudson, are charged with 2nd Degree Property Damage. Prosecutors say all four took part in the destruction of the closed theater March 3rd.

The facility is expected to be converted into a Price Chopper grocery store.

Police say Hall actually reported the burglary. He allegedly told police an employee called him about the damage.
