CRAIG–A Missouri man died in a Friday crash in Holt County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Harley Davidson driven by Eugene V. Shykes, 54, Craig, was westbound on Holt County Road 113 three miles north of Craig.

The motorcycle was going down a steep, rutted, dirt road incline. The driver lost control, the motorcycle overturned and the driver was ejected.

Shykes was pronounced dead at the scene.
