A Missouri woman was injured in an Andrew County crash at 3:45 Monday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Ford F150 driven by Kimberly E. Lund, 42, Willow Springs, was southbound on U.S. 71 at I-29 when she fell asleep.

The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road striking a guardrail. After the impact the vehicle traveled off the road and struck a bridge pillar.

Lund was transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center.

The MSHP reported she was properly restrained.
