The Board of Education has cancelled a Retreat, scheduled for Friday, May 30. Board President Brad Haggard says representatives from the Missouri School Boards Association, who were going to facilitate the session, advised postponing the Retreat until the state audit and FBI investigations conclude.
“It would be difficult to set meaningful Board goals without having the information gleaned from the audit and FBI investigation,” said Mr. Haggard. “Regretfully, it makes sense to postpone until possibly later this summer. I think a Retreat will help us get the new school year off to a good start.”
