Home sales in our area dropped in May by every measure.

The St Joseph Regional Association of Realtors say total sales of $11.8 million were $1.2 million lower than last month. Sales were $3.4 million lower than May of last year.

The number of homes sold in the nine-county area was 446, a drop of more than eight percent compared to last May.
