CARROLLTON- A Kansas man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Sunday in Carroll County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1985 Yamaha driven by Brooke L. Babiuch, 22, Olathe, was traveling on Route C at County Road 167. The driver failed to negotiate a curve.

The vehicle overturned and hit a tree. Babiuch was ejected.
He was transported to Carroll County Memorial Hospital. The MSHP reported he was not wearing a helmet.
