SAVANNAH- A Maryville man was injured in an accident just after 3 a.m. on Sunday in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1997 Subaru Legacy driven by Jarroda A. Hoover, 32, was northbound on U.S. 71 eight miles north of Savannah. The vehicle ran off the right side of the road and overturned.

Hoover was transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center.

The MSHP reported he was properly restrained at the time of the accident.  Hoover was charged with investigation of DWI and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
