Michael J. Silvy has been missing since Nov. 11, 2014. He was last seen in the area of East Lake and I-229. He was last seen wearing a dark T-shirt and jeans. He usually wears glasses. He is 33 years old, and is described as 5’11” around 250 lbs with shorter dark hair.
