St. Joseph Councilman "Spanky" O'Dell arrested on DWI — St. Joseph Councilman “Spanky” O’Dell arrested on DWI

A St. Joseph City Councilman was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving drunk.

St. Joseph Police Department Captain Jeff Wilson said law enforcement pulled 56-year-old Kent “Spanky” O’Dell over at the intersection of 22nd and Garfield Saturday morning around 12:30.

O’Dell was then arrested for a city DWI.

O’Dell was elected to the city council earlier this year.
