The Trenton Police took to social media Thursday to ask for public assistance in identifying the driver and vehicle that hit a truck in the Trenton HyVee parking lot.

The driver allegedly hit the truck in the parking lot of the HyVee located at 1617 East 9th Street, Trenton, and then fled the scene.

Police posted a picture of the damage and ask anyone with information to contact Sgt. Walker or Officer Burks at 660-359-5557.
