BROOKFIELD – Three people were injured in an accident just after 9 p.m. on Sunday in Linn County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Ford Escape driven by Crissa D. White, 21, Purdin, was traveling on Route M at Haven Road.

The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.

White and passenger Makayla M. Courtney, 15, Milan, were transported by air to University of Missouri Hospital.

An ambulance transported another passenger Taylor A. Toney, 16, Milan, to Pershing Hospital.

The MSHP reported they were not wearing seat belts.
