A man seriously injured in a rollover crash in Clinton County Monday morning has been arrested on a drinking while driving charge.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 37-year-old Daniel P. Evans was traveling westbound just before 5:45 a.m. in his 1999 Dodge Ram on 207th St. east of King Rd. just three miles west of Holt, Mo.
The report said Evan’s vehicle went off the south side of the roadway and hit a ditch causing his vehicle to rollover and come back to rest on its wheels.
Evans was arrested for a DWI and Driving with a revoked license. He was released to Liberty Hospital where he was transported by ambulance with serious injuries.
Evans was not reported to have been wearing a seat belt.
