Weather spotters in Kansas have been tracking a storm which has already produced a confirmed tornado on the ground.
A Tornado warning was issued for Brown County Kansas Tuesday until 8:15 p.m.
At 7:23 p.m. a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Robinson Kan., and moving Northeast at 15 MPH.
At 6:24 p.m. the National Weather Service reported that a trained storm spotters reported a small tornado on the ground and moving towards Horton.
At 7:12 p.m. a brief funnel cloud was spotted two miles north of Willis, Kan.
