A single-vehicle crash west of Polo, Missouri injures two people, one of them seriously.

The crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says Canaan Miller, 21, of Cowgill, lost control of his SUV along Missouri 116 highway near Lead Road shortly after 11:30 Wednesday morning. The vehicle left the road, overturned, and ejected the passenger. Miranda Miller, 20, also from Cowgill, suffered serious injuries.

Ms Miller was flown by helicopter ambulance to Liberty Hospital. Mr Miller suffered minor injuries and was also treated at Liberty Hospital.
