Court appearances are scheduled next month for two men charged in connection with a fatal stabbing Sunday evening in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Sebastian

Hall, 20, is charged with second degree murder in the death of Jacob Adams of Nebraska City. Dylan Boyle, 22, is charged with third degree assault, a misdemeanor, even though authorities say he tried to perform CPR on the victim.

Police in Nebraska City say the trio were fighting outside a home in the 600 block of South Seventh Street Sunday evening. Mr Adams died at C.H.I. St Mary’s hospital after suffering knife wounds to his throat and chest. An autopsy is pending.

Both suspects are due back in an Otoe County courtroom August 17th.
