Livingston County Sheriff's Office PatchThe Livingston County Sheriff’s Office sent out a news release Friday in reference to an individual trying to greet a deputy the “wrong way.”

According to the department on the evening of Oct. 7 the Chillicothe Police Department responded to an apartment complex regarding a suspicious man in the building searching for a specific off-duty Livingston County Deputy Sheriff.

“The man reportedly was claiming he, ‘Has a score to settle’ with our deputy,” the office said.

The man was described as a white male wearing a camo shirt and jeans and in his 40s to 50s.
