A trial-setting is scheduled next month for Kendall Randolph on two misdemeanor counts filed in connection with a disturbance outside the Brown Bear Tavern last month.
Mr Randolph appeared in court Tuesday to face two counts of assault in the third degree. He entered a plea of not guilty.
An arraignment hearing scheduled November 16th was cancelled. Mr Randolph is scheduled for a trial-setting November 4th.
He was released on his own recognizance provided he not consume alcohol or drugs, that he not carry a firearm, and that he stay away from the victims and the tavern where the incident allegedly took place.
