A jury trial will continue Wednesday for a St Joseph man having sex with a girl under the age of six. Terry Matson is charged with two counts of Statutory Sodomy and one count of Statutory Rape. A jury of nine women and four men was selected Tuesday to hear the case.

The charging documents in the court case quote the victim saying sexual contact began last year and continued into this year.

The trial was expected to conclude by Thursday.

Mr Matson remains in the Buchanan County Jail, unable to post $25,000 bail.
