Central’s Head Football Coach resigns

Wallace_JeffCentral High School Head Football Coach Jeff Wallace has resigned.

According to the St. Joseph School District Wallace resigned Monday from his football coaching position in a letter of resignation to Dr. Deborah Stephens, CHS Principal.

“We certainly thank Jeff for his years of service to our football team. Jeff is a passionate coach who loves the game. We wish him the best in his future endeavors,” said Dr. Stephens.

Wallace led the Central Indian football program from 2010-2015 and had an overall record of 30-34. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at Central from 2007-2009 under Head Coach Tony Dudik (1987-2009).

The district said it will begin the search for a new head football coach immediately
