Dana Maxwell is charged in Daviess County with seven counts of forgery, one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, and seven counts of theft.
The alleged thefts date back to August of 2012. The case was filed on Thursday, and the defendant appeared before a judge on Friday.
Ms Maxwell turned herself in, and has since posted $100,000 cash bail. According to online court documents, she also has waived her preliminary hearing, and is scheduled for Circuit Court arraignment next month.
