A St. Joseph man is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday on a charge of child molestation.

William J. Bartlett, 33 was charged Friday in Buchanan County with a felony for first-degree child molestation.

According to court document, Barlett is accused of sodomizing a 9-year-old girl with his hand between Jan. 1 and Oct. 1 of 2015.

Bond for Barlett has been set at $25,000 cash only.  An arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday.
