Roads back open after flooding

Most roads are back open after flooding force many closures around the area.

The Missouri Department of Transportation said as of Tuesday all Northwest Missouri routes are now open after closing due to flooding. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation were able to open the last three closed routes, Buchanan County Routes C, H and MM, Tuesday morning.

In Buchanan County Emergency Management Dir. Bill Brinton said SE Horn Rd. and SE Mitchell Rd. remain closed.
