A man was taken to the hospital for treatment Tuesday after police said he fell out of his window naked.

Cmdr. Eric Protzman with the St. Joseph Police Department said emergency crews responded to the 2900 block of south 19th around 1 p.m. Tuesday after a man was reported to have fallen out of a first floor window about five feet off the ground.

Protzman said the 50-year-old St. Joseph resident was having some health concerns when the incident took place.

Protzman said when crews arrived he was responsive but disoriented. The man was taken to Mosaic Life Care for treatment of minor injuries.
