A Buchanan County associate judge has recused herself from hearing a case involving the concealed-carry firearms permit held by a man who was involved in a highly publicized fight outside a local nightclub.

Kendall Randolph pleaded guilty last year to two misdemeanor charges and was sentenced to ten days in jail.

The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department also filed a petition to revoke Mr Randolph’s permit.

Associate Judge Rebecca Spencer recused herself from hearing the case that was scheduled for hearing Monday.  The case has been moved to Division 5 and Judge Keith Marquart.  A hearing is scheduled January 21.
