Winter driving conditions were blamed in part for a crash in Caldwell County that sent a Polo, Missouri woman to the hospital Sunday.

According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dawn Cline lost control of her SUV along the snow-covered Missouri Route 116 west of Polo at 4:50 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle left the road and hit a tree.

Ms Cline, 40, was transported to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of what were described at the scene as minor injuries.
