A 20-year-old Unionville, Missouri man was killed in a crash in Trenton Friday.

A crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicates Austin Vanhoutan lost control of his pickup truck along 28th Street, one-half mile east of U.S. Highway 65 in Trenton at about 10:45 a.m.

The vehicle travelled off the roadway and down an embankment before going airborne and crashing into a creek bed.

Mr Vanhoutan was pronounced dead at the scene.
