Winter weather in Colorado continues to wreak havoc in western Kansas and across Nebraska.

As of 7:15 a.m. Thursday, officials with the Kansas Department of Transportation say westbound I-70 was closed at Hays.  It had been closed at Goodland earlier.

Officials say winter weather conditions in Colorado, and limited truck parking prompted the additional closure.

In Nebraska, I-80 remains closed west of Kearney.  There are dozens of closed roadways in Nebraska.
