A rollover crash south of Savannah sent a 61-year-old St Joseph man to the hospital with serious injuries.

A crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says Vaughn Utterback was driving along Business 71 Highway when he lost control of his vehicle. The Chevy Blazer left the highway, hit a sign and then crossed into the oncoming traffic lanes where it overturned.

The single-vehicle crash happened about three miles south of Savannah on U.S. Business 71 shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday

Mr. Utterback was transported to Mosaic Life Care with serious injuries.
