(Update 2:18 p.m.) – The Remington Nature Center said it has opened after being forced to keep its doors closed Monday Morning due to an electrical problem.

The center had been scheduled to open at 10 a.m. but due to a loss of power it had to stay closed while crews worked to resolve the issue.   Around 2 p.m. a representatives told us power has been restored and the museum is operating as normal once more.
