Three people from Iowa were hurt in a single vehicle crash in Nodaway County Saturday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Shelby Comer of Diagonal, Iowa drove through the crossing of 148-Highway at Route-NN, four miles north of Pickering, at about 8:30 p.m. The vehicle rammed into an embankment off the west side of the road.

Ms Comer suffered moderate injuries. Two passengers, 11-year-old Alexis and 13-year-old Baylee Darrah of Redding, Iowa suffered minor injuries.

All three were taken by ambulance to SSM St Francis in Maryville for treatment.
