A three-vehicle accident blocked traffic just before the noon hour at Woodbine and Sherman streets.

The accident, reported at about 11:45 a.m., involved a truck and two cars. There were believed to be injuries involved. Paramedics were dispatched.

The accident was backing up traffic all the way to Frederick on Woodbine. Officers were dispatched to divert northbound traffic at Frederick.
