A two-vehicle crash east of Osborn sent a Cameron man to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

A crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says David Thomas was driving westbound on U.S. Highway 36 and slowed down to turn right onto Hedge Road.

His vehicle was hit from behind and both vehicles slid off the highway.

Thomas, 47, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The other driver, Christian Grebner, 25, of Maysville, was not hurt.
