A crash at I-29 and Frederick Monday injured a Smithville, Missouri woman.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report says 21-year-old Kristen Clements was following too closely behind another vehicle on the northbound exit ramp and struck the second vehicle in the rear bumper.

Ms Clements suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Mosaic Life Care for treatment. The other driver was not hurt.
