A single-vehicle crash in Nodaway County sent two people from Omaha to the hospital with serious injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the Nissan Maxima was westbound on US-136 highway west of Burlington Junction Saturday morning when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

Clarence McKnelly, 32, and Misty Petterson, 33 were transported to Fairfax Community Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
