Missouri Western State University is accepting applications for the Community Tent at this summer’s Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp.

The Community Tent is for any St. Joseph non-profit organizations, businesses and community groups interested in showcasing their services at the 2016 Chiefs Training Camp presented by Mosaic Life Care.

The training camp attracts more than 35,000 people to Missouri Western each year. According to a press release from MoWest, every visitor passes through the Community Tent at the camp entrance, making it a great place for local groups to reach out to St. Joseph residents and visitors.

Camp kicks off Saturday, July 30, and runs through Thursday, Aug. 18. Booth rental is $1,000 for an 8×6 space. Space is limited. Applications are available at Missouri Western’s website and should be submitted by July 15.
