A crash Monday afternoon in Gentry County sent a Conception Junction woman to the hospital.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jessica Hutson, 17 was driving a 1999 Saturn westbound on US-136 shortly before 3:30 p.m. about two miles west of Stanberry.  The patrol said Hutson’s vehicle went off the north side of the road, hit a bridge rail and continued along the rail before coming to a stop on its wheels blocking the westbound lane of traffic.

Hutson was taken by private vehicle to St. Francis Medical in Maryville with what was described at the scene as moderate injuries.
