Trial evidence is underway in Buchanan County Circuit Court for a St Joseph woman charged with the murder of Clinton “Sam” Justice in December of 2012.

Angela Henderson (who is also known as Angela Mollett) was originally charged, along with her son Joshua Mollett, with disposing of the murder weapon. She is now charged with second-degree felony murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence. Joshua Mollett was ruled incompetent to stand trial.

A third suspect, Kim Keith, pleaded guilty to one count of 2nd degree felony murder and has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Authorities believe the trio went to Justice’s apartment looking for money, and the victim was killed when he refused.
