The victim of a fatality crash near Iatan Tuesday has been identified.
The Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Highland, Kansas identified the victim Michael Scott Cunningham, 47, of Everest, Kansas. Funeral services are pending. Cunningham died at Mosaic Life Care after the crash along Missouri Highway 45 Tuesday.
Cunningham’s semi left the highway and rammed into a tree. Service arrangements are still pending.
