Last day of Trails West! features John Waite

The annual Trails West! Festival concludes today with a performance by John Waite.

Sunday activities begin with the Rockin’ Rob Show at 12:15 p.m. on the Family Stage. Other performances throughout the day include Mid-City Excellence and Kathleen Holeman & Big Band Beacon on the City Stage.

John Waite performs on the Main Stage at 4 p.m. Waite first rose to fame as the lead singer of Bad English, and the The Babys. Waite formed the The Babys in England in the ‘70s and grew in popularity across the U.S. and the U.K. for the hit “Isn’t It Time.” Later on, Waite created the group Bad English and became a huge success with hits like, “When I See You Smile” and “Price of Love.” Waite is now enjoying a solo career, releasing famous albums, “Temple Bar,” “No Brakes” and “Rough & Tumble.”
